Turkish foreign minister visits Georgia

Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs Ahmet Davutoglu has arrived in
Georgia. He was welcomed by the government head of Adzharian Autonomy
Levan Varshalomidze at Batumi airport, Trend cites the government of
Adzharia as saying.

Davutoglu and Varshalomidze will meet this evening. They will discuss
Turkish investments in the resorts of Adzharia and simplification of
customs procedures at Sarpi section of the Georgian-Turkish border.

Davutoglu will head to Tbilisi tomorrow, where he will have an
official meeting with Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili and
Foreign Minister Grigol Vashadze.
