The Constitutional Court of Armenia will consider extension of presence of the Russian military base in Gyumri tomorrow, News Armenia reports.
Russia and Yerevan signed the protocol on amendments to the deal during the visit of Russian President Dmitry Medvedev to Yerevan on August 20, 2010. The agreement on presence of the military base in Gyumri was signed in 1995. The amendments extended presence of the base by 49 years, until 2046, starting from ratification in 1997.
The court will also consider the deal on trade offices and readmission, signed on August 20.
