Military camp of Russian border guards opens in South Ossetia

A new military camp of the border guards of Russian Federal Security Service was opened today in the village of Dmenis in the Tskhinvali region of South Ossetia.
The opening ceremony was attended by representatives of the republic's leadership, including President Eduard Kokoity. Russian Ambassador to South Ossetia Elbrus Cargiev was also present.
