The Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) plans to establish a
non-strategic missile defense system, commander of the
operative-strategic command of the air and space defense
General-Lieutenant Valery Ivanov said at a training range Kapustin
Yar, RIA Novosti reports.
He clarified that they are currently discussing a non-strategic
anti-missile system near Moscow.
