Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov has set a goal: the improvement of
search and elimination of illegal armed formations. He noted that work

Kadyrov discussed security issues with police authorities. The special
operation in Grozny demonstrates that the militants are trying to
enter villages. The police need to be well-informed.
The Chechen leader also thanked the police participating in the
operation at Leninsky District of Grozny. Two suicide bombers were
killed in Grozny on February 15. The terrorists blew themselves up.
