The presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev and Serzh Sargsyan, intend to hold a meeting in Sochi on March 5, the U.S. ambassador to Azerbaijan, Matthew Bryza, said today.
"In my post I will do everything to help the co-chairs in the negotiations. The main goal is to achieve long-term peace through bilateral compromise," the ambassador said, Trend reports.According to him, a peaceful resolution of conflict will bring peace and prosperity to the whole region and enhance the welfare of its people.
