Within the framework of the ongoing VIII Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum, the head of the Ingush Republic, Yunus-bek Yevkurov, and the governor of Krasnoyarsk Territoryu (Siberian Federal District), Lev Kuznetsov, signed an agreement on social, economic, cultural and scientific co-operation, RIA Novosti reports.
According to Mr Yevkurov, this agreement will help members of the Ingush diaspora currently residing in Krasnoyarsk Territory to participate fully in the Territory's social and economic life.
The agreement also touches upon the topic of students from Ingushetia in Krasnoyarsk Territory and of co-operation in the sphere of medicine.
The head of the Ingush Republic personally met with members of the Ingush community of the Territory and with students from Ingushetia. Yevkurov urged them to become active participants of local economic and social life as well as to help their fellow Ingushetians.
