Abkhazia's authorities will not let any international observers into the territory of the republic, because Abkhazia sees no need to do this, reports RIA Novosti citing Abkhazian President Sergei Bagapsh.
"We are not going to admit any international observers, neither from the EU, nor from the UN to Abkhazia. The point is not respect, but the fact that observers should be present in s place where the menace of an armed conflict is quite plausible. The recent 20 years have indicated that it is the territory of Georgia", Bagapsh said.
