The newly appointed Special Representative of the Lithuanian OSCE Chairman on protracted conflicts, Giedrius Cekuolis, has arrived to Baku, 1news.az reports referring to the Ambassador of Lithuania to Azerbaijan, Kestutis Kudzsmanasa.
The visit will last two days.
