A delegation from the Council of Europe, headed by Jean Louis Loran,
secretary general for democracy and political affairs, arrived in
Tbilisi this morning, Trend reports.
Loran said at the airport that he had arrived to see for himself
progress on reforms in Georgia. He said that he will meet officials,
including the Minister of Foreign Affairs Grigol Vashadze.
Loran said that his visit will last three days and he will meet the
parliamentary opposition. He will also visit Abkhazia and South
Ossetia. .
