The ruling party of South Ossetia, “Unity”, and the Russian border guard service have developed a program to involve border guards in social life, the head of the city office of the party, Eleonora Bedoyeva, told the Res information agency.
She said that the lecture on territorial planning in South Ossetia was a major success. Bedoyeva pointed out the need for further joint events.
The official said that the Unity Party and the South Ossetian office of the Institute of Eurasian Studies plan a joint military concert for the fourth Russian base on February 25. South Ossetian children's groups will also perform.
