Rosvertol signed a contract on providing Azerbaijan with 24 Mi-35M helicopters in September-October 2010, head of the company Boris Slyusar told ARMS-TASS.
Rosvertol had contacts with foreign trade offices of France, China, Brazil, Venezuela, Indonesia, Myanmar, India, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Ukraine and other states in 2010. Deals were concluded on shipping 12 Mi-28H, 28 Mi-35M, 30 Mi-35P and 4 Mi-26T helicopters.
Mi-24 model was modernized to meet the new generation standards. Mi-35M is a new machine equipped with the latest achievements in helicopter construction.
Mi-35M may operate 24 hours daily at complicated weather conditions. It flies at 310 km per hour, at a cruise speed of 260 km per hour. It covers 460 km, its maximum is up to 1000 km.
