Russian and Armenia to discuss economic cooperation

The Kremlin press service published the agenda of the negotiations between Russian and Armenian presidents which will be held February 25 in St. Petersburg News.am reports.

President Dmitry Medvedev and his Armenian counterpart Serzh Sargsyan will focus on the development of economic and investment cooperation, taking into account the fact that Russia is the leading foreign trade partner of Armenia, the report says.

Particular emphasis will be made on cooperation in the energy sphere, including nuclear, and transport – the sectors of Armenian economy, where Russian participation is most noticeable.
