Ukrainian President Victor Yanukovych has appointed Alexander Mishenko as the Extraordinary and Authorized Ambassador to Azerbaijan, UKRINFORM reports.
Alexander Mishenko has been the Ukrainian ambassador to Turkey since 2005. He was a plenipotentiary to Australia prior to his service in Turkey.
