The OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights will send 44 long-term and 400 short-term observers to monitor the elections in Kazakhstan, ODIHR head Daan Evert said, KazTAG reports.
14 permanent international elections experts will arrive in Astana. Some 30 people will be sent to all regions.
