New Armenian ambassador to Georgia appointed

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on appointing Hovhannes Manukyan Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Georgia, 1news.az reports with reference to the GHN.

Hovhannes Manukyan was born in 1971 in Gyumri. He graduated from the Law Department at the Yerevan State University. Over the years he worked in the parliamentary structures, the Ministry of Justice, the Central Election Commission, was a chairman of the Court of Appeals for Economic Affairs, as well as the Head of the Economic Court.
