Prosecutor General of Armenia strengthens ties with OSCE

Attorney General Aghvan Hovsepian and the head of the OSCE office in Yerevan, Ambassador Sergey Kapinos, discussed a number of aspects of bilateral cooperation at a meeting on Monday, News Armenia was informed on Monday at the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office.

Kapinos Hovsepian thanked for the close cooperation and informed about joint programs, in particular, evaluation of European experts on compliance with European standards of the reforms in the prosecutor's office, as well as the improvement of statistical analysis of the prosecutor's office. During the meeting the sides agreed to establish with the assistance of the OSCE Yerevan office an electronic governance system of statistical analysis of the prosecutor's office.

The sides also discussed the circumstances of the criminal case brought against a public official, Tigran Postanjyan.
