Turkish military to have “invisible” uniform

Turkey has developed a new generation of military uniforms that cannot be seen by night vision equipment. According to 1news.az , the new uniforms are already being used by counter-terrorism units in Turkey.

The clothing is manufactured from a special "silver" fabric, Tex-Therm, produced with the use of pure silver, so the person so dressed cannot be detected by satellite or radar. According to the Turkish military this uniform has proved very successful, with the introduction of night operations. The company Oztek, which produces the "invisible" clothes, has been working for 8 years with Hacettepe University on another project making "invisible"objects.

This technology creates an illusion of a different shape of an object. For example, a tank on radar would be recognized as a tree. This system is already in use in the United States, Germany and France.
