Armenia and India expand military-technical cooperation

The secretary of the Armenian National Security Council, Arthur Baghdassarian, and the Minister of State Defense of India, Palla Raju, have discussed issues of deepening cooperation in the military-technical sphere, News-Armenia reports, citing the press service of the Security Council of Armenia.

According to the report, the parties also discussed the possibility of joint military training programs. At the meeting, the State Minister of Defense of India accepted an invitation to visit Armenia. The Armenian delegation also visited the Indian Institute for Defense Studies and Analysis, where its members met with experts and decision-makers on security, defense and foreign policy.
