Counterterrorism operation in Karalulak

Operational headquarters in Ingushetia are conducting an anti-terrorist operation in Karalulak, RIA Novosti reports.
 
The press release also says that the introduction of a counterterrorism regime in the city requires residents to follow a number of restrictions, including limited access to the area for citizens and transport and inspection of individuals and transport, including the use of technical means.
