Adygea celebrated the Constitution Day of the Republic on Thursday. The head of Adygea, Aslan Tkhakushinov, sent his congratulations to all the inhabitants of the region, reports portal YuGA.ru.
"The Basic Law of the Republic, adopted on March 10, 1995, defined the legal status of Adygea, gave impetus to the development of democracy, strengthened civil peace and accord in society, consolidated the democratic principles of formation and functioning of public authorities and local self-government. We all want to see a strong and prosperous Adygea , providing its multinational people of dignity and free development. It is now the duty of every one of us to respect and protect the values embodied in the Basic Law, to promote the realization of its vast creative potential ", the message reads.
