Ambassador Sergey Kapinos, head of the OSCE office in Yerevan, said that some of the reform programs in Armenia are inefficient, ARKA reports.
The ambassador said at a round-table on business opportunities that they failed to register serious structural reforms and change the GDP structure and failed to redistribute income.
