Nagorno-Karabakh hails OSCE Minsk Group initiative

The OSCE Minsk Group’s initiative to conduct investigations into incidents on the line of contact between the Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijani armed forces can only be welcomed, Vahram Atanesyan, Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic's Parliament told News.am.

He also pointed out that impartial investigations are dependent on the OSCE MG’s interest in it, as well as on the conflicting parties’ readiness to contribute to the process. “No doubt, the OSCE MG Co-Chairs are concerned with impartial investigations into the incidents,” he said.
