A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed on March 14 between the Russian Institute for Strategic Studies (RISS) and the Strategic Research Center of Azerbaijan (SRC) 1news.az reports, quoting the press service of the SRC.
The main purpose of the memorandum is to create conditions for the experts of leading think tanks of the two countries to freely exchange their views on such issues as the Russian-Azerbaijani relations, international politics, geopolitical situation in the region, etc.
