Deputy presidential envoy to NCFD included in presidential Treasury affairs council

President Dmitry Medvedev has included Deputy Minister of Justice Alu Alkhanov, Chancellor of Moscow State University of Technology and Management Valentina Ivanova and deputy presidential plenipotentiary envoy in the North Caucasus Federal District Yuri Oleynikov in the
Treasury affairs council, reports RIA Novosti citing the Kremlin press service.

In addition, Alexei Velichko has been excluded from the Council.
