Moscow will host the third session of the inter-governmental commission for socio-economic cooperation between Russia and Abkhazia on March 18.
The Abkhaz delegation will be headed by Prime Minister Sergey Shamba. Economy Minister Kristina Ozgan and officials from related ministries will be part of the delegation. They commissioned the complex plan for the socio-economic development of Abkhazia for 2010-2012, Apsnypress reports.
Russia and Abkhazia host the sessions in turns. The first session was held in Moscow in March 2010. The sides signed a memorandum, approved the work regulations and then signed the complex plan. The second session was held in Sukhumi in October 2010.
