Georgian authorities consider seven citizens of South Ossetia missing, despite the fact that the South Ossetian side has got a videotape recording showing the captured being beaten up by Georgian law enforcement branch employees.
It is believed in Tskhinvali that the citizens of South Ossetia, including one minor, have been captured by members of the Georgian law enforcement agencies during the hostilities in August 2008, as well as in the postwar period.
