A solution to the conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia is necessary for the security of the region, Turkish foreign minister AhmetDavutoglu said in Oxford at a conference entitled "Foreign Policy of Turkey in a Changing World", Trend reports quoting the Turkish agency Anadolu.
Speaking about the normalization of relations between Turkey and Armenia, he said that Turkey would like to open up the border, as it wants to integrate with all its neighbouring states.
