Russia, Turkey to adopt visa-free regime in mid-April

Russia and Turkey will adopt a visa-free regime on April 17, Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said at the parliament today, ITAR-TASS reports.


He said that it is one of the main results of the Cooperation Council in Moscow. It will benefit tourism, business and income.


Erdogan gave high rating to his recent visit to Russia. He visited Moscow, Kazan, Tatarstan. He said that Turkish construction companies have an important position in Russia and will be involved in constructing facilities for Student Games in Kazan in 2013.
