Russia sees willingness of the sides of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict for a dialogue, hoping that there will be no incidents on the Azerbaijani-Armenian line of contact, spokesman of the Russian Foreign Ministry said, Russia 24 reports.
Armenia violated the cease-fire regime on March 8. Nin-year old Garvend Fariz Arif oglu Badalov from Orta village was killed by Armenian forces shooting from the Shikhlar village, when playing in the yard.
Lukashevich said that the ministry has been activating work between Yerevan and Baku. The sides agreed at a meeting in Sochi to continue talks.
Presidents of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia held a meeting in Sochi on March 5. They passed a joint declaration on Nagorno-Karabakh peace process. The leaders decided to consider practical realization of the trilateral declaration signed at a meeting in Astrakhan on October 27, 2010. They agreed to exchange prisoners of war in the shortest terms possible.
The document also emphasized peaceful means of settling disputes and investigations of possible incidents on the contact line under the auspices of the OSCE Minsk Group, supported by the special representative of the OSCE chairman.
