12 participants in an attack in Ingushetia in June 2004, who were convicted by the Stavropol Regional Court to long terms of imprisonment, are appealing the verdict, representative of General Prosecutor's Office in the North Caucasus Federal District Olga Menshikova said, Yuga.ru reports.
77 people were killed in the attack on 21-22 June 2004, including 55 security officials and 22 civilians, and more than 100 people were injured, while several buildings, cars and other property were destroyed or damaged.
