Armenian delegation to send observers to elections in Kazakhstan

A group of representatives of the Central Electoral Commission of Armenia will observe the presidential elections in Kazakhstan, News-Armenia was told by the press secretary of the CEC, Tatev Ohanian.

According to RIA Novosti, quoting a member of the Central Electoral Commission of Kazakhstan, Tatyana Okhlopkova, the CEC of Kazakhstan will stop the accreditation of international observers for the forthcoming presidential elections on April 3.

In total, according to Okhlopkova, 1052 foreign observers are accredited at the present moment.

The candidates for the post of president are the current president, Nursultan Nazarbayev, senator Gani Kasimov, representative of the communist party Zhambyl Ahmetbekov and environmentalist Mels Eleusizov.
