The first medical business forum 'MEDRuSS-2010' will be held in the
publishing house of Grozny on 18-19 May, on issues of implementing
innovative medical technologies in the Republic of Chechnya, Yuga,ru reports.
“It was hard to imagine anything like this 10 years ago”, said
chairman of the Association of Small Business in the Republic, Maxim
Bugayev.
The healthcare program is one of Chechnya's priority strategic issues,
Bugayev explained.
The main event of the forum is a conference on developing healthcare
in the region and implementing innovative medical technologies. There
will also be a mini-exhibition for participants in the forum.
Participants in the forum will include the Ministry of Health, heads
of local private healthcare providers, representatives of Russian and
other companies, as well as leading world and Russian producers of
medical equipment.
MEDRuSS may become a leading platform for exchange of experience and
one of the most important events in the Northern Caucasus.
The forum was organized by the Association of Small Business in the
Chechen lRepublic, based in Grozny, and GreenMarkko Conferences
(Moscow). It was also supported by the Ministry of Healthcare, the
Chechen governmental committee on small businesses and enterprise and
the regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
