A delegation of the Turkish Navy, headed by Bilgel Emin Mjurat, visited the main base of Russia's Northern Fleet, Severomorsk, where they discussed questions of cooperation between the fleets of the two countries, RIA Novosti reports.
Bilgel Emin Mjurat met with the acting head of the Northern Fleet, Andrey Volozhinsky. They discussed problems of interrelations in the military sphere. According to them, Turkey and Russia have great prospects in cooperation.
On Wednesday the Turkish Naval delegation will visit St. Petersburg. Their official visit to Russia will end on March 31.
