Russia, Azerbaijan to expand cooperation in sports

Azerbaijan and Russia have signed a sports deal, Trend reports.

The document was signed by Azerbaijani Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Ismail Ismailov and President of the Russian Olympic Committee Alexander Zhukov.

The sides agreed to cooperate in sports. This includes cooperation in training, practice, protection of the rights of sportsmen and coaches, propaganda of sports, organization of competitions and other activities.
