The OSCE Parliamentary Assembly will send 80 observers to the presidential elections in Kazakhstan, OSCE PA Secretary General, Spencer Oliver, told a briefing in Astana, Trend reports.
"They know their business and it will be carried out well," Oliver said.
As the message of the press service of the Kazakh Foreign Ministry reads, Spencer Oliver congratulated Kazakhstan on its successful chairmanship of the OSCE and the adoption of the Astana Declaration. The two sides called for the forthcoming elections to be held in a free and transparent atmosphere.
