Wednesday's visit to Armenia of the commander-in-chief of SACEUR, admiral James Stavridis, has been postponed because of the situation in Libya, Mediamax agency reports.In late March the visit to Yerevan of the special representative of the general secretary of NATO in the South Caucasus and the Central Asia, James Appaturay, was postponed for the same reason.
