Georgia has established a Civil Defense Fund, where various structures
will unite voluntarily and work on developing and popularizing civil
defense. Tbilaviamsheni and the Veterans Union have already expressed
their readiness to join.
They plan to create a training center to form a fully-fledged civil
defense and prepare skilled staff, Trend reports.
