Armenia started spring conscription today, News.am reports.
The government ordered the prosecutor general to start the persecution of draft dodgers.
The executive authorities also plan to introduce changes to the conscription law. This includes changing the conscription age from 18 to 19 years. This is due to the republic switching to a 12-year education system.
