Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has signed a bill on ratification of intergovernmental agreements with Abkhazia and South Ossetia on mutual visa-free regimes, RIA Novosti reports, referring to the Kremlin press service.
The State Duma voted in favor of the ratification of these documents on March 23, and the Federation Council on March 30.
