Dagestanis and Azerbaijanis have been involved in a mass brawl at the Mechta Cafe in Moscow. Five people were hospitalized, and 25 were detained, Trend reports.
Over 30 people were involved in the fight at the cafe on Krasnodarskaya Street. Police later found 12 shells of various calibres and three knives.
Police said that the conflict started between the Rusimport firm(headed by 26-year old Dagestani Gibekova) and Mir 5 Zvyozd firm (administered by 30-year old Azerbaijani Ugurguluyev). Ugurluyev hired unidentified people to secure the Mechta Cafe. Ugurluyev entered the cafe with his people and started forcing everyone out. A group of 20-30 people of Rusimport rushed in and a brawl started.
