Second meeting of Eurasian Forum of Experts takes place

A second meeting of the Eurasian Expert Forum took place in Astana. The discussion centered on various aspects of the presidential elections in Kazakhstan.

The editor in chief of Vestnik Kavkaza, Alexei Vlasov, has participated in preparing final documents of the Forum.
