The head of the Investigation Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, appointed three new chiefs of territorial investigation departments of the investigation committee of the North Caucasus region in Kabardino-Balkaria, RIA Novosti reports.
Zalim Tlostanov was appointed to the position of the head of the investigation department of Nalchik.
Rustam Bekulov and Oleg Baragunov are the new heads of the Urvan and Baksan interregional investigation departments, respectively. Both were previously deputy managers of these departments.
