Armenia will never agree to any of Turkey’s preconditions, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan told a press conference with Slovenian President Danilo Turk, AFP reports.
The president was commenting on the protocols signed between Armenia and Turkey in 2009.
Sargsyan noted that Yerevan halted ratification of the protocols when the Turkish parliament refused to ratify them.
