The foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Turkey and Iran signed a memorandum on cooperation in customs matters at a trilateral meeting in Urmia. The agreement will give impetus to the expansion of trade ties between the three countries, the head of the Chamber of Commerce of the Iranian province of West Azerbaijan, Jafar Sadiq, said today, the Iranian state news agency IRNA reports.
According to Sadiq, the purpose of the trilateral meeting is to remove obstacles at customs points and facilitate trade and customs procedures between the three countries.
