Turkish President Abdullah Gul will visit Austria on May 2-4 at the invitation of Austrian President Heinz Fischer, TRT reports.
This visit will be the first after a 13-year hiatus. During official meetings in Vienna, President Gul will discuss bilateral relations between Turkey and Austria, the process of negotiations on Turkey's membership of the EU and exchange views on regional and international issues.
During his visit, President Gul will hold meetings with senior executives of leading firms in Austria and, together with his Austrian counterpart, will attend the Turkish-Austrian business forum.
