Armenian police expand cooperation with OSCE

The Chief Constable of Armenia, Lieutenant-General of Police Alik Sargsyan, received a delegation from the OSCE Yerevan Office, headed by its leader, Ambassador Sergey Kapinos, on April 21. The agenda of the meeting was the signing of the Additional Protocol to the Memorandum of Cooperation between the Police of Armenia and the Yerevan OSCE Office, NEWS.am reports, quoting the press service of the Armenian police.

Alik Sargsyan in his speech talked about the progress of reforms in the police. Stressing that the police are firm in their intention to carry out reform to the end, Sargsyan praised the cooperation with the OSCE Yerevan Office and expressed his confidence that substantive results of the reforms will be seen in the very near future.
