Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev received the special envoy of the Iranian President on the Caspian Sea, Mohammed Mehdi Akhundzadeh, the official website of the President has announced.
The sides discussed bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Iran and the state of negotiations to define the legal status of the Caspian Sea. From this point of view they noted the importance of the Baku summit of the Caspian states.
