The number of assigned police personnel in Adygei is expected to decrease by 20% after staff evaluation, Yuga.ru reports. Wages will be raised to heighten the prestige of the service.
According to top police officials, the heads of the Adygei police departments will be the first to undergo evaluation, which has already started. All staff will undergo the tests by July1.
For now, some 15% of police officers who have sat the tests didn’t pass the evaluation successfully.
