Turkmen President offers to host a Caspian festival The President of Turkmenistan

Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov has come up
with the initiative of holding a festival next year in the town of
Turkmenbashi, reports Turkmen TV channel Altyn Asyr.
According to the Turkmen leader, within the framework of the festival
it would be possible to include a scientific conference, concerts and
exhibitions of art from the Caspian countries - Azerbaijan, Russia,
Kazakhstan, Iran and Turkmenistan.
